Tim Guest – About Me
My name is Tim Guest and I write Blogs on everything from SAP Technology to Mountain Biking and Beer
I work for a Consultancy specialising in SAP Business One. This is the version of SAP designed for Small to Medium Enterprises whilst still offering the rich functionality that has made SAP the World Leader in ERP Software. My role is in the New Business and Account Management team, I get involved in basic business process analysis, process mapping and writing functional specifications to pass on to our implementation team along with handling the full sales lifecycle.
I have been involved with SAP since 2006 and, although not technical myself, I take a great interest in the software and it’s advances in technological functionality. My main areas of interest are Mobility, In Memory and the advances of HANA, Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility and Business Intelligence. I’m also an Android fanatic and lover of all things Google!
In my spare time I love Mountain Biking and compete in cross country races whenever I can. My current bike is an Orange P7 with various additions my wife can’t understand me buying like Fox Racing Shox and bits of Hope Technology kit etc. I’m also a recent Real Ale convert and love trying different beers in our unique british pubs and at home.
This blog is about anything that interests me or I have an opinion about, I hope you like it and please feel free to comment. You can follow me on Twitter Tim Guest
